Ok folks, lets see if anyone can help me out here. Being the crafty woman that I am, I am interested in seeing some of the embroidery/sewing/knitting/crocheting done by Alexandra Feodorovna and her daughters that may be still in existence. They were apparently all excellent needle-women, especially Alexandra and Tatiana.

Above are what I have found so far:

1. Alexandra embroidering at Tsarskoe Selo: 1917.

2. The coverlet on the couch on the left was made by Alexandra and later used as an altar cloth in captivity.

3. Alexandra’s 1918 diary made and given to her by Tatiana on Christmas, 1917.

4. Alexandra embroidering before Konstantin Konstantinovich’s funeral: 1915.

5&6. A pillow case owned by Alexandra and possibly made by her.

If anyone has any other photos of needlework done by Alexandra or the Grand Duchesses, I would love to see them! Thanks!
